I know as well as anyone as we age our body changes. Unfortunatly that is not always positive. We all tend to lose muscel mass our chemicle balance changes. so how do we control this. The begining is the we need to watch what we eat and to get some exersise,

To start with diet is important in the matter we need to look at our calories, and macros. The coverage of this will help with the fat gain, diabeties, and heart condtions. To  help improve this diet excersies is nessary. Exersise does not mean you have to go to the gym and pump iron. Some great exercises are walking, swiming, and cycling. 

These are low impact exersies are somthiing that requires little to no equipment. Naturaly one at any age can get in to more indepth training with a personal trainer. Age is not a limiting factor or an excuse. The only limiting factor is what you put on your self. everyone can find a form of fitness that works for them.
